Yasur deck oven is fully built with high-gauge stainless steel material with thick insulation layers to hold the heat. The oven has a modular design, each deck could work in-dependently. The oven has top fire and bottom fire. Due to the rational arrangement of heating wires, there is no “hot spot” inside the chamber. You could get super baking evenness without manually turning the trays. Each deck could be equipped with steam injecting and stone baking platform. Q3: What is the heating wire like?

The heating wire is a metal wire that is reasonability arranged on a metal rack. If the wire is damaged, complete metal rack should be replaced, becasue only factory professionals know how to arrange the wires which decides the heat output in each location of oven.

Q4: Is steel door available?

Steel door is available. we offer big glass door as standard.

Q5: How about the lead time?
